BFL#83 Helps Co-Host Fundraising Meeting for New Rehabilitation and Wellness Center at Three Pillars Masonic Homeby WM Paul Gordon BFL#38 co-hosted a fund-raising meeting for the “Caring to Grow” capital campaign on August 19th at the Madison Club. The “Caring to Grow” campaign is to raise funds for the new rehabilitation and wellness center at Three Pillars. Details of the center can be seen in the current issue of the Wisconsin Masonic Journal. This was an informational meeting and dinner to promote donations for the new center. The hosts and meeting organizers included Past Grand Master Rodney Paulson, who is the Chairman of the Campaign, and Bill Barnes, Director of Development. Other co-hosts were Breecher Daniels, PGM, Richard Black, PGM, Robert Gorsuch, Grand Lodge Trustee, Gary Krause, Wisconsin Masonic Home Board Member, Tom Walton, Wisconsin Masonic Home Board Member, Dick Jones, Wisconsin Masonic Benevolent Activities Board Member, and Kris Engbring, Past Most worthy Grand Matron, OES. A special greeting and message was given by current Grand Master Joseph Harker. Administrators at Three Pillars provided the details of the center. The fund-raising campaign seeks to raise $2 Million in gifts to support a $7 Million capital investment for the center. Constructing on the new center is well underway. The corner stone was laid recently with full Masonic protocol. BFL#83 member Brother Dan Slavik gave the wine, corn and oil address at the ceremony.
